1998 Taylor K-65 All Koa 12-String - SOLD
Hello AGF!
Temps are getting warmer, so I'm feeling better about shipping this special guitar. Up for sale is my 1998 Taylor K-65. Pure acoustic here. No electronics or holes cut into the wood. In my opinion, Taylor guitars from the 90s are some of the best and this one is no exception. The Koa is incredible and super flamed. The sound is glorious and the wood has really opened up. The guitar has never left my smoke-free studio and is always kept in its case and humidified when not in use. Condition is super clean for a 23-year old guitar. I'd grade it in "excellent" condition and can't find any noticible dents, nicks or scratches. Some light pick swirl exists that you have to hold in the right light and angle to see. I'd say the frets are 97% with minimal fret wear. Comes with the OHSC and blank warranty card. The case is in good condition, with some wear, but all the latches work and it's solid. Priced to move at SOLD, plus actual shipping and any PayPal fees. . Located in Southeastern Michigan and we could work out a cash price. Just took it through the guitar spa and restrung it with light Elixir nano web strings. No trades please.

Killer 12
A Monster 12 from Taylor's Golden Age. You won't find a more comfy 12 string neck... they really did make them differently until 2000.

My two favorite 12 string Taylors were a K65 and a W65. I miss them both. I would not be surprised if this guitar was claimed by the end of the week. If I dont keep looking at it I might jump in my car and go get it since it's so close, no shipping! LOL
