Default FS: Alvarez Yairi PY70 almost mint $1200

For sale an amazing little parlor guitar an Alvarez Yairi PY70, made in Japan. Solid Sitka spruce top and rosewood back and sides, 12 frets to body, slotted headstock. Rosewood bridge and fretboard. 1 3/4” bone nut, I believe saddle is also bone. 24” scale length.
Comes with Original hard shell case in a great condition, few small imperfections but overall condition is 9/10.
This guitar was purchased in May 2020 as brand new, it’s stayed humidified in its case for most of this time. Maybe 7-10 hours total of play on it, so virtually like new. No major dings or scoffs to speak of. Very small dents on the headstock but nothing else to really mention.
The guitar has a great voice, very strong highs, melody lines come out nice and thick. Strong mids. Bass is not a dreadnought like but still very decent for a guitar this size, it has more boom in the bass than my Yamaha Ac4k, which is long scale and bigger size.

Asking for $1200, will split actual shipping 50/50 with the buyer.

Selling it because I have been hit with unexpected medical bills, otherwise would have just kept it.

Please let me know if any questions about it.

Amazing guitar. I own one of these. By far the best parlor I have owned. (It beat out two Larrivees, and I love Larrivees.) Well worth the price.

Also: there was no discernible difference between the PY70 and the PYM70 I played. (The latter just comes with the Masterworks tag and MSRPs for about $1K more). In fact, I think they stopped making the PY70 for that very reason.

Default pym

Yes, I think they stopped, I was trying to find this model...and all they build now is the PYM 70, and not the PY70.

No video reviews of it..could i find either.

looks nice. GLWS

Can't tell from the pics. Does it have the soft-V neck like the PYM70?
