Looks like they have it for sale at JW Pepper's webshop. Thanks for the question too, as I didn't know this book existed but am a Regal enthusiast and will have to pick up my own copy.

I saw that ad, but when you go to buy it, it says it’s on back order. First time I saw that was several months ago, and it said “on back order then, so thinking it’s out of print.
I was looking for it because I have an early 30’s Regal archtop that has that exact peghead overlay and there is scant info on the internet about it. Here are some pics:

I don’t know if it will help, but there is a book by Carlin on Regal guitars but is a “volume 2”.
