Can you tell me more about the Grover catalog and paper items such as the dates?

This is a 1992 GROVER Catalog G-92 with a cover letter from Grover to dealer who requested it. 8 pages (including front and back cover). In addition to the catalog, there is also a "Grover Confidential Price Schedule (pricelist) for G-92 catalog".
