So locking tuners don't help your guitar to stay in tune?

Not significantly in my opinion. Tends to be a break angle and nut issue. Lubricating the nut can help a little.

Still really digging my Lollartrons+Stellartone. Really glad I got such a good deal on the T3/B since I replaced all the electronics.

Default T3/T5 "Club"?

After acquiring a strat last month, I found that I really like the percussive, quacky, 'raw' sound of a strat middle pickup. So I tried to recreate this sound in my T3, and I believe the T3 comes very close to reproducing that iconic strat sound. I'm very impressed.

Here is my recipe: neck pickup, split coil, low volume/low gain, tone knob pulled up and very slightly rolled on.

Here's my former baby, bought around 2004-2005 (maybe 2005? I believe this was one of the first.) Wish I still had 'er, only have the pics to remind me.

Makes sense. It's probably roughly in the same location, too.
