Probably the best dealer in the US is LA Guitar Sales, and Ted can work closely with Rainsong for special orders - if you want to go that way. www.laguitarsales.com
I bought my first CF guitar in 2001 (a Rainsong WS-1000) from Elderly Instruments in Lansing, MI. That would be my second choice. Sam Ash also carries them.

I buy all of my RainSongs from LA Guitar Sales, but I've noticed that 8th St Music in NJ near Philly also stocks RainSongs and are flexible on pricing if you call them (my two TKL Parlor cases came from 8th Street).

LA Guitars mantains a wide stock of Rainsong guitars, possibly the biggest in the Country.
If you decide to buy from them, be aware that they have a 3 days return policy and that they apply it strictly.

If I wanted to buy a NEW Rainsong, I'd call up Ted. Ted is whom I bought my Shorty from.
If I were shopping USED, Guitar Center often has a surprisingly decent selection.
