Larrivee Custom P-09 - Alpine Spruce / Madagascar Rosewood - Price Drop!
Definitely the best parlor guitar I've set my hands on - super responsive and resonant, a joy to play. The Alpine/Madagascar combo seems to work exceptionally well, has a lovely shimmer and the trebles have a special roundness to them.
This guitar is in excellent+ condition with one very light ding on the top, slightly bigger than a grain of sand. The finish on the back is in perfect condition, but it appears that the pore finishing wasn't properly done at the factory, leaving indented lines along the deep grains of the madagascar rosewood. It is a minor cosmetic detail, and only on the back of the guitar. A couple tasteful upgrades have been done - the saddle was replaced with a Colosi unbleached bone saddle. Tuners have been replaced with Gotoh 510s. Comes with a deluxe Larrivee archtop case. These beauties are few and far between, scoop it up while it is here! MSRP is $4200. Alpine/Madagascar is a fabulous combo for Larrivee, I’ve played two with those woods and they were both my favorite Larrivees I’ve played of the dozens...the trebles just sing! Glws. Wish I had some spare cash for this little beauty

Man I really do want to try a Larrivee Parlor, the 24" might be the perfect scale for me. Unfortunately there is not a single one local for me to try.
