I have a CA Performer GX and a couple of Taylors. I'm not sure if the Performer has the same neck as the Legacy, but the Performer's neck is a tab wider than the Taylors. You feel it starting at around the 6th fret. At the 12th fret, the CA is 1/8" wider than the Taylors. It was an easy adjustment for me... and I love the CA. (I also love the Taylors.)

I have a Taylor 814c and a CA Cargo (with a CA GXi tobacco burst to arrive in about a week). I have also tried a CA 7M and 8M. I haven't taken any measurements, so purely from a 'feel' perspective, for all intents and purposes I find the CA neck feels like a Taylor neck. I very much like the necks.

I would echo Acousticado's comment. The two brands feel fairly similar.
