Far out ? Really ?

In the UK Groovy Baby quickly got changed into Gravy Booby ... at least where I worked ... man!

There are two other terms that I'd like to see banned, and i see these a lot on guitar/music related American Y/T videos.

"wassup" Huh? is that Ketchup don't get it, sometimes, if its shouted, I'll click right off the video, and also (and good old Tattoo Tony Polecastro is guilty of this - "I'm so excited to..(effectively talk.do /play show anything. Pleeez!

So that would be amazing ! ...and that's another one ..amazing (sigh)

If I never hear, see or read “just sayin’...” again, I’ll be a happy man.

The F bomb. I Have a friend who cannot construct a sentence without putting some form of it in. I can't go anywhere with him unless it is a complete dive because he will get excited and start screaming F bombs.

Absolutely RP. There really is not much higher in the available adjectives to describe something that is truly awesome.

I can come up with many nouns that can be described as "awesome". The vastness of space is awesome. Is there anything truly "awesome" about ordering a cup of coffee at a drive thru?

Like, dude, no way!

I don't mind "awesome" nearly as much as "insanely" - especially in ridiculous contexts, like "this insanely comfortable shirt" or "an insanely delicious recipe."

It literally gets my goat!

Here' one I often use: BRILLIANT! Also "borrowed" from British shows.

Wow man that's like totally spot on and perspicuous and perhaps right on the precipitous precipice of profundity..... I mean am simply remarking

Awesome doesn't bother me. 'Literally' (particularly when applied to hypotheticals) and 'supposably' can go.

To extinguish a word from our vocabulary may require resources. Here's a potential source: https://www.awesomefoundation.org/en/about_us
