Default Steel String versus Nylon/Classic

I play primarily finger style jazz and pop but love classical music in particular classical guitar. I've been toggling back and forth between my classical and steel string and liking them both. Would be curious to get some feedback based on these videos which instrument I seem most comfortable with. Playing or trying to play everything from Bach, to jazz.

interesting question. for me, you seem much more comfortable with the nylon.

You had fewer issues with string squeaks and automatic placement of your fingers on the nylon. Seemed that you are fighting a bit with the steel string, especially when hopping up into the higher ranges.

I agree with ssjk. You seem to be much more in sync with the nylon strings, and it shows in your more relaxed and natural technique when compared to the steel-string.
There is no reason to choose between the two though. You can play both, but I think the nylon suits your playing style better.

Depends on the piece being played as to which guitar might be more effective. Watch out for timing issues and for staccato
versus legato note connections as to what is most appropriate.

I really enjoyed them both, well done. IMHO, your emotions did come through a bit more with the nylon. But, again they were both wonderful.
