Default Santa Cruz D-12 for sale - HOLDING ONTO IT FOR NOW

I have a lovely Santa Cruz D-12, 1996, Sitka spruce top "buttered toast,” back and neck gorgeous mahogany. No cracks. No finish checking. No issues. Three tiny dings. Light as a feather. Sounds terrific.
$3500, including shipping anywhere in the continental US.

Or I would be very interested in a trade, a Collings, Huss and Dalton, Bourgeois, another Santa Cruz, vintage Gibson SJ, something with at least a 1 3/4 nut. I'm a sucker for sunbursts. Or I'd be open to a quality, all-mahogany guitar.

UPDATE: Thanks for the interest. After weighing my options, I'm going to hang onto to this old companion guitar of mine.

AS the owner knows, I have been giving this instrument serious consideration before deciding I already have too many guitars at the moment. One my guitars is a SC D12-12 string. I've played other D12s and they were all top notch. Very light and responsive. Being mostly a fingerpicker, I really like the fact this one is 1 7/8 nut and 2 3/8 saddle spacing.

No affiliation with the seller, just wanted to provide an opinion, a bump, and say GLWS.
