Default New TC Helicon amp - thoughts?

This looks like an interesting new product from TC Helicon.

Looks like available for pre-order now.

You are late to the dance. Or, maybe the dance has no happened yet. A good bit of threads about this. I ordered one from GC back in early Nov 20, finally cancelled my order the middle of Dec when it became apparent they were holding this thing back. Now some who have tried it are questioning the performance with issues like just cutting off on them.
I wish it was all that, and I may still buy one, but will wait.....

Thanks for that~! I should have done a search on this prior to me posting about it. The amp, pedal, and all of the features certainly looks promising and exciting. Disappointing to hear they can't ship, and/or that ones purchased had issues.

Maybe things will improve on these over time.........we'll see!

Default New Harmonizing Amps all over the place

I bought a Fishman Mini a while ago. Nice amp with microphone input and instrument input with separate controls for each channel. Great for a singer instrumentalist (self-accompanied or duo). Fishman Artist and Fishman Performer do the same things with more controls and more segregation of the channels. Duovox, many years ago had similar.

Fender had a couple similar amps.

But in the past two years, Boss, came out with a similar amp than combines voice-harmonizing circuitry (and a looper) to the features. Now, "Acoustic" brand, and TC Helicon and I am sure others are jumping on the bandwagon (no pun intended).

My post in intended to point out that there is no shortage of candidate amplifiers that do the same as this offering from TC Helicon. TCH products are great and I am disappointed that they have delivery problems and operational issues (as poopsidoo related).

Whether you want your whole operation in a single box or separate (effects, harmonizer, mixer, amplifier and speaker) is a matter of convenience, money and control.
