I like my Snark SN-10. Solidly built and has a large display. It has an extra out port to power another pedal, which is a nice feature. It also takes a battery. Heres a review:

I switched to a Turbo-Tuner and haven't looked back. They come in mini (9-volt only) and regular (battery or 9-volt) sizes. Excellent, fast tracking, highly recommended.

Update: I bought a Behringer TU300 tuner pedal ($23.99 from Sweetwater) and it does everything I need.
