Default *Sold* Martin 000-15sm, 2019

*Sold* is a 2019 Martin 000-15sm in practically new condition. I’m selling because the reality has hit that I have one too many guitars. The 000-15sm is highly recommended on this forum and I can see why. It’s just a great all around guitar. I took this to James Hood Guitars in Carlsbad, CA (formerly the repair shop for Buffalo Brothers) to have it set up. They adjusted the neck, lowered the saddle 1/32, and dressed the ends of the nut as they were rather sharp. Current Action at the 12th fret: Low E: 3/32; High E: 5/64 (lots of saddle left to lower further if desired).

Here are the basic specs (if you want to know anything else, let me know):

-12 fret neck-to-body
-All solid mahogany, including the top, back, sides
-Thin satin finish
-25.4” scale length
-1 3/4’’ nut width
-Modified low oval neck shape
-2 1/4’’ bridge string spacing
-East Indian rosewood fingerboard and bridge
-Compensated bone saddle
-16” radius
-Mahogany neck (two piece joined down the center)
-Golden Age bright nickel tuning machines
-Bone nut
-Original Martin hard shell case
-Pleked at the factory

Price *Sold* plus shipping in CONUS, OBO. I have the original box and will ship it in that, strings detuned and well padded and protected.

Smile Nice one!

Welcome to the AGF Candy Store!

I have had a couple of these over the years and they are really nice instruments!
Light as a feather and put out the sound too!

Glad to see James Hood is still in Carlsbad. He does FINE WORK.
I miss Buffalo Bros!

Best on the sale, which should be brief, I wager.

Cheers

Paul

Thanks for the kind words. Yes, the 000-15sm is super light and resonant. I was also glad to find out that James Hood and crew were still at the old Buffalo Bro’s location and they’re really busy, which I was also glad to hear. They turned it around pretty quick for me anyway.
