Great working with you Mike. Hopefully we can do it again sometime. I just noticed how Repetative this post is. No matter, it bears repeating

This is my second build project, but the first one that has been a joy from start to finish. I can't think of a nicer guy to work with than you, and I am grateful for the care you took to make my building experience fun. Communication has been stellar, which is a MUST for me. This guitar being your 121st, I knew that you would create something really special. That OLD dark Brazilian over that OLD Alpine spruce is amazing now as a "baby" 1 week old guitar, I can only imagine what it will be when it has a years under its belt. And yes, I wouldn't hesitate to work with you again...once the building fund is replenished . My heartfelt thanks...and yes that is also redundant but bears repeating

Congrats Mike! What a beauty this one turned out to be! May you enjoy her for many years to come!
I agree that communication is key, especially in a project that takes months to complete. And it sounds like John is one splendid fella to work with. |

dcn, Thank you! I was shooting for an elegant and simple design and feel like we were able to get just that.

So...here's a quick couple of photos...my best "quick" glamour shots. These are not studio quality, but they represent the guitar pretty well... from front to back:

I think our Brazilian Kinnairds are closely related -- although 13 years apart!

Congratulations on your acquisition of this splendid guitar, Mike! You have great taste, and excellent judgement. The blue Paua appointments are beautiful, and the BRW is to die for! I'm sure this guitar will be a faithful and much-loved musical companion to you for years to come.
I really enjoyed meeting you at Memphis, and our email exchanges. Looking forward to your future posts here on the AGF! Be well, good Fortune! -Steve

Wow, that is a beautiful instrument! Every element on it works together in harmony. Workmanship looks outstanding, as well. Congratulations!
