Acoustasonic signal sustain problem
I am using an Acoustasonic Telecaster.
Unplugged the guitar sustains beautifully. Plugged in to my DAW I get poor sustain on some strings and endless sustain on one string. Example: High E sustains for 2 seconds B sustains for almost 3 seconds G sustains for 4 seconds D sustains for 5 seconds A sustains FOREVER Low E sustains naturally. Need help if anyone knows any Tech on these guitars. Thank you!

Mexican or American (Sonitone or Matrix)?
My first guess would be that the saddle slot, or the saddle, is not flat and you're not getting uniform pressure on the UST. Checking the saddle for flatness is trivial. Checking the bridge slot is harder and I'm not sure how to do that. Since the pickup technology is all Fishman, I think it makes sense to contact them to see what they suggest.

Thank you for response. I did not think of contacting Fishman. I use a lot of their products and forget that they designed the Acoustasonic pickup. Thanks again.
I am going to pull strings and check this pickup on your advise. Could be something going on there. CHEERS
