I don't have an OM but I bought a D PW several months ago used and could not wait to pay $5k for it. I think the market for these consists of folks who want them in reasonably good condition for the most part. The guitar you are looking at has been priced accordingly. Return policy a must. As someone said, $7500ish new. SCGC guitars are on a par with the other boutique brands, and it's a matter of personal preference which you'd prefer.

It's one thing for a 42 Martin to have cracks, another for a modern guitar to. Could be a terrific opportunity.
