Default Fender Squire CV 50 Tele

Played my friend leeW3’s new one yesterday at our gig practice.
His is the Butterscotch Blonde version.
I own the CV 50 Squier Strat, which I love.
Folks, this is a great Telecaster guitar. It plays like a dream and the pickups have the traditional Telecaster twang for days. Fit and finish are top notch. He had it set up by the tech guy we both use just to make it perfect.
The neck on these are intended for “ease of play” so don’t expect a thicker feel as is with some Teles.
In case your interested in a Tele, at around $400, these instruments are fantastic!

Yes, I had one of the first BSB CV Tele's when they were introduced around 15 years ago. The pine body was the lightest I've ever had on any Tele. Great guitars, period.

Agree. I’ve got two CV Teles - a 2010 CV 60’s Custom, and a 2009 CV50’s Vintage Blonde.

Both great Teles!

Squier's CV range is replete with great values.

I have the Pine Body.
I put on an MIM neck with rosewood board.
