Default Fs.brazilian/adirondack craig southern guitar

SOLD.SOLD:SOLD This is a stunning handmade 00 size guitar both in looks and in sound. here is what the builder told me about it.
My guitar CS019 is a Brazilian Rosewood 00 sized guitar. It was built for Matt Lindsey from Dunbar WV who is the 2013 West Virginia state champion flatpicker and he has also won many other contest including Wayne Hendersons festival. That guitar also had a Adirondack Red Spruce top, one piece hand carved honduran mahogany neck , a Gabon Ebony fingerboard with a 20" radius, a Gabon Ebony bridge and a Brazilian Rosewood Bridge plate. The Back of the guitar was ladder braced exactly according to the bracing pattern from a standard Martin OO guitar using Red Spruce bracewood. The top of the guitar was braced using 75 year old Lutz Spruce bracewood taken from wood reclaimed from an old wooden logging bridge in British Columbia. The bracing pattern was an X brace pattern.. It was forward shifted 3/8" to increase bass response and because of the small size of the soundboard only included on large tonebar raidaiting from the bass side corner of the bridge plate diagonally across the treble side and stopping short of the guitar lining. There are two small tone bars on each side . Diamond shaped cleats were placed over the joint of the bookmatched plates of the top to provide additional strength to the joint . The brace pattern is similar to what Martin used on OONY16 guitars. I have used this same brace pattern several times on all my OO sized guitars ad have been very happy with the results on all of them. No joint cracks and good tone on all of them regardless of the back and saide woods used. The tone of CS019 was exceptional. Being a small bodied guitar it did not have the boominess present in many Brazilian Rosewood dreadnoughts guitars. The tone was very balanced and the bass response was incredible for such a small bodied guitar. I was very happy with it as was Matt Lindsey.

the guitar has a few dings, pick scratches,marks...a small bit of the corner of the bridge has come away from the body on the topside but it is secure, there is a scratch/hairline crack?? beside the strap button, i donīt know if itīs in the finish or into the wood. i am based in the canary islands, spain and there are no luthiers where i live so because of the imperfections i am only looking $1400 or 1000 euro plus shipping, crazy price for a solid Adirondack/Brazilian rosewood handmade guitar so grab a bargain! here is a link to the original owner playing the guitar http://youtu.be/4eBoorEt9TU some photos here http://s803.photobucket.com/user/gretsch1956/library/
