Default Sold!!!!Top Of The Line Schertler Roy X Acoustic Guitar Amp and PA

SOLD On Reverb !

Sorry for the sideways photos, not sure how to edit the photos.

This is the second Schertler I've owned. They are made and engineered in Switzerland and just about the best acoustic amps available. This one has 7 channels and handles multiple instruments and vocals and Reverb and Delay effects.

The sound is transparent and clear. It has the power to play all kinds of venues and very flexible.

It's made of beautiful Birch Laminate, comes with a mounting stand ( custom installed) and soft carrying Case

This amp is in excellent plus condition. I have the original shipping box. New this amp retails at $3300, with the carrying case and stand it is worth $3600
I will sell it for $1900 + shipping.

Look forward to your questions.

Here's a description from Schertler:

ROY X represents the state of the art in Swiss amplifier design, reflecting all the needs of the user. Offering a significantly improved power amp and speaker section, together with a crossover filter network, limiter and gain, this versatile 7-channel combo amplification system offers 450W (124dB SPL) of bi-amplified power. Equipped with a 1” dome tweeter and two 8” woofers, it is designed with a 2-way bass reflex construction.

ROY X is highly effective as a stand-alone portable system for soloists or small groups. The system can accommodate various mic/instrument combinations and offers a comprehensive mixing facility for easy on-stage setup. ROY X’s Master section includes both a spring-like reverb with decay and a digital multi-effect (on a separate buss). A headphone preamp provides a handy monitoring facility.

SCHERTLER amps feature a high-end Class-A preamp with no integrated circuits and No Negative Feedback.

Thanks for your question. I'm primarily an electric guitar player and wanted to start playing some acoustic. I purchased an acoustic and this amazing amp to get started.

I realize that I don't really need a high powered amp to play in my home. So I'm selling it as I'm simply playing the acoustic guitar at home without any amplification.

Funny!!!

It weighs about 48lbs, with the 2 built in handles it doesn't feel heavy.
