Lowden O-35 Tasmanian Blackwood - SOLD
I wanted to try a Lowden & found one that checked all the boxes - only to determine that I am sticking with my Gibson.
This is a phenomenal example of why Lowden is loved by so many artists & players the world over. The dynamics that are available to a player - from a whisper of fingers over the strings to full-fisted pounding with a heavy pick - this guitar will give you nuance, depth, volume, balance, & beauty in turn. It particularly shines in dropped tunings. Very good to excellent condition. Two small dings, one on the top & one on the corresponding binding - very hard to notice. The setup is awesome; it plays incredibly smooth. Currently have a brand new set John Pearse .13-56 phosphor bronze strings on it. There is a combo bridge plate/mic pickup system installed (looks like the K&K Trinity system, or similar) - I have never plugged it in, so cannot report on the specifics. Included is a Mono M80 Dreadnought case in excellent condition, as well as a G7th Heritage capo, a Blue Chip pick, & finally an Oasis humidifier. This would be my guitar if I wasn't so attached to my Gibson J45. Very different thing from the Lowden, but it's the sound in my head. Feel free to message with questions. Please search YouTube for - Dream Guitars, Lowden O-35 Blackwood. $3100, shipped, PayPal FF or cover the fees please. Thanks! Willing to talk trades: Martin HD-28 (re-imagined) Cheers!
