Default Fretboard

Here I'm getting the fretboard together for the neck:



It is Snakewood with Black Ebony Binding and flamed Maple purfling



The Maple purfling is in the binding and here as a final touch I'm adding a purfling line under the fretboard as well:

Default Trim

With the body closed up I can get going on the trim:



Installing binding is mostly about doing miters. An extremely sharp and polished chisel works a charm for that:





Then it's wrap it up and put it to bed:
