Default Yamaha CG65A vs CG40Ma

Ok, another beginner question and I already have in my mind what sounds better.

On Facebook marketplace there was a listing for two CG40A guitars with stands, capo’s, and tuners, $100 for everything. I get there & one of the guitars is a CG65A, made in Taiwan. Both guitars are in pristine condition, the 65a being a glossy finish & the 40ma a satin finish . I see no damages to the 65A whatsoever and it clearly seems like higher quality & sound. Any reason I should choose the CG40A over the vintage one? I bought both because she wanted to sell as a pair. I’ve always wanted a classical but couldn’t afford a nice one so I jumped at these.

She also asked if I wanted the varidesk standing desk by the curb for free as they were moving and scaling down, so…. I felt like a kid in a candy store, lol.
