Tuner you can see in Sun light
Who makes a good headstock clip on tuner that you can see in bright sunlight?

No problem on either of my Intellitouch tuners, old ones - I don't know about the new ones. These just keep plugging away, though every few years I need to replace batteries.

All of the Peterson clip tuners (and other tuners for that matter). They are LCD not LED. I have an old Peterson I keep around for that reason. My polytune is ok if it's not bright light out, but it has it's limits. But my Peterson always works. Their newest versions are much more friendly and easier to use than the old clip ons. They don't work very well on Classical (Nylon string) guitars because the jaws are not quite wide enough for many of their thicker headstock. And I looked it up on Amazon, and they still sell the Intellitouch IMT-500 for $20 which is the green screen and dark gray lines. They work perfect in bright sunlight. I had several of those years ago. In fact if you look at the link - CliCk you will see several brands of fairly inexpensive LCD screen tuners. They are obvious for their green-with-green, green-with black or black with green often segmented displays. And a lot of the LCD models are pretty battery-friendly (though I carry spares of the 2032 batteries in every case (bought bulk from Amazon).

Early versions had a slightly smaller clamp, the current one is over one inch wide and fits all classicals.

Peterson. Always visible in direct sun.
I have a TC Electronics Polytune pedal that won't pass the direct sun test. Maybe the clip ons are different/better? hunter |

Snarks work fine. If they work in the Arizona sun, they work everywhere.

My TC Polytune is my best tuner.
But I have two D’addario soundhole tuners that are my most convenient to use/easy to use.

Yes. Another great reason to use a D’Addario NS Micro Soundhole Tuner.
