Thumbs up Songwriting Book?

Hey everyone!
I'm pretty new to songwriting/lyric writing and was wondering if anyone out there would know of any great books that would help me excel in my songwriting career? I travel a lot and need something I can bring with me on the road. I'm a huge fan of Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert, and Carrie Underwood if that helps? Just need a book that would help me have a broader understanding of songwriting and creating hit songs. If you come across anything let me know, and I'll do the same!

Thanks!
-Melody

Jimmy Webb wrote a good one several years ago. Called "tunesmith" if my memory is serving me right now. Webb is one of the best songwriters ever, so that might be a good place to start.

Default Songwriting book recommendation

Thanks for suggesting Jimmy Webb's book. Nice read.
Wowza, though, for How to Be a Hit Songwriter. Mollie Leiken.
