Default Classical Guitar Discussion

Over many years I have come to appreciate AGF and the community, which I feel is unique among the other guitar forums. After recently getting interested in classical guitar, I poked around for a few weeks for a decent forum, and found nothing close to what the owner and moderators have built here. I am wondering if there is an opportunity to add a Classical Guitar Discussion to AGF?

I love AGF and continue to enjoy all the great forumites and guitar discussions. I've also made the transition to classical guitar and have really enjoyed participating in the "Classical Corner" sub-forum on the Acoustic Guitar Magazine Forum. It's a very active sub-forum and there are some excellent classical players, luthiers, and classical enthusiasts who regularly contribute. Here's the link:

I did - and didn't feel they were AGF-like enough for me. See, this place has made me a lobster lover on a corn dog budget.

I'd love to see a "Classical Corner" or something like it on the AGF for nylon players

I like the people on this forum, and I think a classical section would be good and probably different from the delcamp forum. Hopefully it would be a little less gear-obsessed and a little more playing-obsessed.

If such a sub-forum were created, I'd suggest it be under the term "Nylon String Guitars" or similar. My impression is that the members of this forum interested in nylon-string acoustic guitars far outnumber the classical guitarists, like five or ten to one.

Brent,

Great suggestion, as it seems like many here on this form do have interest in the nylon crossover guitars.

I agree, it would be great resource for beginner nylon players and for advanced players already part of the AGF.
