Default Martin Tuning Machines

Hey Folks,

I just picked up a Martin 000 MMV and it has gold Gotoh bottom mount tuners. I want to swap out the gold tuners for similar chrome tuners. I don't want to go the Waverly or sta-tite route as I don't want to ream the headstock and drill new mounting holes. I just want a replacement that I can fit into the current holes, but, I cannot find anything about the stock tuners like a part number or even the ratio. Martin has chrome Gotoh bottom mount tuners in their 1833 store that look identical, but again they list no info including no mention of the ratio.

Does anyone know what the typical ratio for a Martin is (maybe for the standard series)? Secondly, would any Gotoh bottom mount tuners likely fit the existing holes?

Thanks as always for your help.

Can you provide a photo of your tuners?

I emailed their customer service center but that can take a couple days sometimes, so I figured I would ask here as well.

Those are pretty standard tuners. Any tuners made to fit a 10mm hole will work, and if you choose some with the bottom screw you wont have to drill new holes. You can count the number of turns you need to turn the button to get a full turn of the shaft. That gives you the ratio.
