The Guild Shop has replacement saddles for most current models, though it looks like right now there are no GAD saddles just this one:

As it is a new guitars I suspect that the saddle might be full height, so shimming is probably a great idea to start with. That will give you a chance to cut or buy a replacement saddle if you are not happy with the result. It is also possible that the guitar is dried out, so maybe humidify it vigorously for a couple of weeks that should raise the action as well.

Dino, he's already checked and set the neck relief. If he's set it correctly (as he says he has), and the action is too low, he needs to raise the saddle.
