Default Syncopation of fingerstyle chord-melody

For thumb+index+middle fingerpickers here - look at http://banjosessions.com/?p=130 for the article describing how to play fingerstyle chord-melody apart from obvious three-finger pinches. There are presented some picking patterns which can fatten the sound of plain pinches or syncopate the melody note off the beat.

One more pattern is at http://www.banjohangout.org/topic/193513

Does not matter that it is banjo forum. These right hand patterns obviously work also on guitar for any player who plays with thumb, index, middle finger. I play them on my DGdg tenor guitar too.
