There really is very little correlation between 'acoustic' grade and 'cosmetic', aside from things like wind shake, dry rot, run out, loose knots, and so on. I've paid top dollar for cosmetically high-grade tops that I found practically worthless structurally and acoustically, and gotten a couple of pretty nice tops as packing material in the process because they had small flaws. It's good wood if you can make it work.
