Default Would anyone here put money into fixing this one?

The harmony guys are spot on. It's not worth putting any money into it. Honestly it looks like it's beyond repair anyway. If it has sentimental value I'd just leave it hanging on the wall.
You can buy guitars just like that one that aren't falling apart on ebay for around $100.
