Soundhole Pickup Advice Needed
Here's an age old questions pondered by many great minds...ha
What are your general suggestions for setting the height of the pole pieces on a baggs M1A? I know much of this is driven by personal preference and playing style. The high B is removed, the high E is slightly recessed, and the others can be seen. In general do you raise these much closer to the strings than I have? Pros/cons...Thank You! https://photos.app.goo.gl/3EhQu7bNLCgnSMXM6 Last edited by cheer tunes; 05-11-2021 at 10:29 AM. |

Noledog has shared his method of starting with B string and balancing the other strings output in relation. Then use your ear for your preference. Works for me
Search his thread BAGGS M80 & ALIGN DEMO in this Acoustic Amplication section. There is a very helpful video there. Hope this helps.
