I've resawn Af. blackwood and ebony billets. This quilted mahog is no problem for me.

I'm looking to have a 0-sized guitar built, and would love to have a nice quilted set of this for that project. Any sponsoring luthiers here have access to a set and able to build me a 0-sized?? Pls shoot me a PM if so!

Turned out to mostly be a saw problem. Most mahogany is easy. This is so stiff and the grain so figured though it is always adventure. :-) Heading back up Thursday to finish what I started.

No, the saw just decided it was time for some parts...
But Harvey has some really nice one piece backs! A blade a billet!! And the billets were only, 1.125.
