Default An Emerald featured in a music video...

Well, our first shot at a music video production...

Mark and I have been friends and making music for over 50 years. I have mentioned him here before... he is a musician, I am an old rock 'n roller. We are still having fun making music, after all these years.

This video sprung from our lives: the Blonde and I are out and about in our motorhome right now; Mark and his wife have been staying close to home. We are all doing our best to enjoy life.

That is my Emerald X10 in my parts. Mark plays a bunch of electric guitars of some brand or another. And, bass, drums, and piano (his main instrument).

Mark did the music production, I did the video production. Our wives handled the camera work. My first shot at being a director... my favorite part was saying, "And that's a wrap!"

Please feel free to comment and share - we can't "monetize" this, but we can expand our audience.

Thanks for watching!

Love it! Great way to bring some light in our lives and share it here with us. And an Emerald in a music video?! MTV wishes they were a fraction of that level of cool.

Very, very nice! Good vocals, play, visuals, and production. Good job and thank you for the pleasurable look/listen.

So what are you going to do for us next?

That was a hoot, with great lyrics to boot! Jimbo, fantastic videography and editing(and Willie himself could not have done a better job with the vocals). Now, don’t go and get any crazy ideas to relic your X10 to look like Trigger!

That was very enjoyable! Congrats to you and Mark. I noticed that Rufus got a credit, but no camera time. He IS a good boy, after all.

Enjoyed that Capt. Looked like we may have been in the same area’s this summer, I recognized a lot of the black hills stuff. We got out in the motorhome for the last 5 weeks or so and hit that area too.
Great stuff, great guitars and made my whole family smile. Thank you.

Thanks for the kind words, folks. When Mark sent me the lyrics, I said, "This one needs a video." Joan and I were already out and about with the motorhome; Mark and his wife were staying home (although she does teach "Yoga in the park" with plenty of distancing, and Mark gets a good bicycle workout daily).

I set up a shot list and coached the participants. Mark and I started working on the music tracks... I am limited to what I can do in the motorhome (the X10 is a champ), but the Spire Studio sure helps. Mark added more tracks and a mix with LogicPro X, and I started editing video clips.

A "labor of love," but still a labor. I appreciate the comments.
