Default LR Baggs Customer Servce A+

Had a few emails back and forth today with LR Baggs customer service on a tech question. Fast, patient, knowledgeable. Plus they make a great product. Nice combination! A plus to LR Baggs!

I have to concur. Once called them for a tech question and the tech in the phone was knowledgeable, clear, and helpful overall. Another time I called to order the template and adhesive to mount the ibeam (looong time ago, clearly) and despite my telling them I bought the pup used and would gladly pay for the goods, they sent it all to me 100% gratis. Yeah, stellar company that I buy from and recommend to others all the time.

An old acquaintance/bandmate is or was a Baggs tech. If you got him then yes, you got great service. Good guy!

I've always had a great experience dealing with them. On one occasion I asked if I could buy a set of the double sided tape used on the Anthem because I was putting it in a different guitar. Without hesitation he asked for my address and shipped a set without charging me for even the shipping.

Baggs and Fishman have amazing customer service. I know that every time I email them, I will get a reply within a day or less. Both have also shipped me extra tape or parts, even if I inquire about an issue but don’t request anything. I once had a few things show up from Fishman randomly after I asked about re-installing the volume and tone control on my guitar for the Matrix. I didn’t even ask for tape but sure enough, a package arrived a week later with more.

Yes, very good customer service. I had similar service as everyone mentioned. This will keep me in their fold for a long time. Just had my Anthem SL repaired and they sent everything back packaged like new with all new adhesive strips. My Martin never sounded better.

Ditto for me. I had a brief problem with my Voiceprint pedal. Caleb called me within an hour of my email request!
