This is my custom acoustic that I built myself at a school 2yrs ago.
I didn't build it to be my "go to" guitar, just wanted the experience. I wasn't expecting it to blow the rest of my collection away!

Wow! Your singing and storytelling were captivating. And in a very positive way, I really didn't notice the guitar.

My goal is to play well enough that no one notices my playing when I sing a song (except other guitar players). I'm a long way off that yet and still haven't found my voice

I'm learning to flatpick and fingerpick guitar to accompany songs.

I've played and studied traditional noter/drone mountain dulcimer for many years. And I used to play dobro in a bluegrass band.
