Default TAYLOR 514ce LTD Granadillo/Western Red Cedar - PRICE DROP

2016 Taylor 514ce LTD. Dark bookmatched Western Red Cedar top, figured Granadillo back and sides. Sapele body binding, single ring Sapele rosette in interlocking “fishbone” style pattern. Ebony fretboard with diamond inlays, ebony bridge. Taylor Performance "X" Bracing with relief rout, Mahogany neck with 1.75" nut. The back and sides are finished with a shaded edge burst. Expression System 2. The original Taylor hardshell case and factory paperwork is included.

Played very little, the guitar still in like new condition - no pick marks, fret wear, dings or scratches.

Includes a couple of upgrades -

1. Bridge Pins - the ebony bridge pins were replaced with a nice set of Fossilized Walrus Ivory pins with Abalone inlays.

2. Truss Rod Cover - the ebony TRC was replaced with a Cocobolo TRC. The reddish color matches the color of the Granadillo back and sides.

The original bridge pins and TRC will be included.

Price $2,250 including Paypal and CONUS shipping. No trades please.

Geez, timing is everything, my friend. Was in the market for something like this a couple of weeks ago. Ended up with a carbon fiber that's fine, but this would have been better.

Best of luck. if it's in Rob's stable, rest assured, that horse will run.

IMO, this was/is Taylor’s best bracing construction.

I’ve owned several of their cedar topped guitars, including one with granadillo. These are definitely tone monsters. If I was in the market, I would jump on this at the asking price in a nanosecond. Alas, I’m only playing CF guitars now.
