Bought from the original owner with detailed documentation and a contact info to follow upon sale. Many extra's, as the owner's Father in Law was a Martin employee and he, along with a bracing expert, built the guitar. Special neck and body binding were custom; special bracing and slightly larger sound hole for sound; shaved neck (like the even many older vintage models), perfect for a smaller hand but could be a problem for you beefy handed fella's (or gals!); bone nut, ebony bridge. The condition is exceptional for a 55 yr old guitar. Body is beautiful with relatively few marks and no real dings. A little wear on the back of the neck but not down to the wood; The back has some of the most beautiful Brazilian rosewood I have seen. Only real flaws there are one Martin factory repaired crack that hasn't moved in 17 years and a 2" area where the finish is worn, but again, not to the wood. The finish is original; beautiful sheen but not as glitzy as the pictures. The case is a Hiscox hardshell case. in very good condition. Pictures to follow or you can email or text me to get them sooner. Well priced w/ a trade value $300 higher.
