Default AER Compact 60/4

i have purchased the above amp and am using it with a martin ooo18 with a K&K pickup.

The amp has a high/low attenuator switch.

I dont know what this is for or if i should be using it

need help

You can set it to low input as your pickup is passive. Doesn’t matter if you use it or not. It won’t harm it.

I have it set for the high input as all my pickups are active. Switching it just boosts the gain which changes the tone.
