Default Setup for guitar demo?

Just picked up a sweet Martin OO 12 fret in all Walnut, and someone requested a sound clip or two to check out. I do record my own music in Pro Tools, but I find mic placement, eq, and mix to have a to do with final sound, so just wondering if you guys have any advice on a setup to get a good neutral representation of the guitar. Seems to be some interest in what an all Walnut guitar sounds like.

Normally I’m running two condensers into my interface, with one aimed toward the sound hole and the other at about the neck join.

Personally on my recordings I record with two mikes in a spaced pair configuration and usually around 16 to 18 inches away from the guitar in an acoustically treated room. You may need to record closer in a reflective room.
