Joshua House *** Traded ***2009 OM Cedar Top/ African Mahogany
Traded
2009 Joshua House OM in very good condition. Refer to youtube video for sound. Standard om configuration. Cedar top with African mahogany.* Bridge, fretboard, headstock, and binding are all made of stunning Ziricote* Stunning guitar from one of Canada's finest luthiers. Has a wonderful warm tone, excels at fingerpicking and is a great strummer as well. Josh's starting price is now $3800 USD *There are 3 hairline finish cracks that do not go through the wood, a few scratches where a pick guard would be, and some bubbling in the finish in two smaller areas (see pictures). This is all very much just a surface issue and in no way affects the structural integrity of the guitar. Josh braces in a way that makes a very strong and stable, yet light guitar. A request to show more clearly finish check lines in pics added. But still difficult to discern in photo.* With all guitars that* I purchase, new or used I take them to my guitar tech in Longview Washington to have the neck checked, frets leveled and have any fret wear removed regardless of how minor. This guitar had this service performed on it. It had minor fret wear and the neck was adjusted to my liking. The person that bought this guitar from me and then returned it before even seeing it* * felt that it should have been disclosed. So I want to make sure that any person that buys this guitar knows that this service was performed. 1 3/4" Nut Width, Short Scale.** Joshua House OM 2009 Cedar https://reverb.com/item/17551791-jos...om-2009-cedar? House
I have a Joshua House guitar that i bought from Folkways Music in Canada and it is way better that it's modest price would suggest.

Dimensions conflict with first post and seem unlikely - a typo?

Quote:
1 5/8 string spacing at the nut is typically a 1 7/8 nut. 2 7/16 is REALLY wide (wider than 2 3/8, which is the widest I've ever seen) Might want to look at those again!

Hey guys, I owned this guitar at one time. One of the ones that "got away". Anyway, the nut width is 1-3/4" and the bridge string spacing 2-1/4" from what I recall. That's the standard Josh House build.
