Default Feather pickup

Just ordered one to use on my acoustics for recording. Going to use on dobro, banjo, mandolin, violin and guitar. Looking for placement advice. Thanks in

Jon

If you're talking about a McIntyre "Feather" pickup I'm nt sure I'd be moving it from one instrument to the next? The tape will eventually become less sticky and fail to adhere.I have used them in acoustic guitars and they are typically attached (more or less permanently) to the bridge plate similar to a K&K Mini but without the three transducers.

The one I ordered, clips on. So it's readily moveable from instrument to instrument
