Default Be Thou My Vision

Hi folks,
A beautiful old sacred song, based on an old Irish melody.

Beautiful... I used to play with some folks who played that
and Come Thou Fount, I'll always associate those two songs...

Chuck, I really enjoyed this, love old hymns. Can you share the arrangement for this hymn and any favorite source you’d recommend for classical guitar traditional worship music?

Beautiful. I too am interested in hymns and have bought a few books on fingerstyle hymns. Unfortunately some of the songs are simply chords that a piano would bang out. I am looking for a good place to buy finger style hymns.

Thanks folks for the nice comments. That arrangement is from “Fingerpicking Hymns” , Hal Leonard Publ.
