Default PA Help! Is this good stuff?

Can any of you "equipment geeks" help me out. I'm looking for a PA and have been offered this setup. Give me some feedback on quality and price, I'm a bit ignorant of this stuff!

Here is the system. Alesis Studio 12R mixer with 8 mike channels with cannon low impedance and high impedance input jacks, two stereo channels making a total of 12 channels, 2 band EQ, pre and post sends on all 12 channels, Alesis Nanoverb 18 bit digital stereo reverb and Nanocompressor, two channel stereo compressor all rack mounted into an SKB 6 space Roto Rack. There are two empty rack spaces, room enough to mount a 2 space power amp for monitors, wireless rig, guitar processor, etc.

My only exposure to Alesis gear is that a church where I played had two Alesis power amps for the monitors. Never had any problem with them. I know their stuff is not particularly expensive. Other than that, I can't tell you much. Sounds like a pretty standard small board, but it might be a pain to only have two EQ controls instead of three.
