Default Aaron's Unplugged Tone, Plugged

I was watching Aaron's livestream today... and he was using a SDC Mic in front of him, with a really nice sound. I could swear that it was the Mic. At the end, I noticed that the microphone was without a cable. So I asked him if it was some sort of IR, and he told me it was. Wow. Tonedexter is having some REALLY magic happening with that new update.

That's the first time I got REALLY impressed with the naturality of a plugged-in sound.

Here's the link of it. See what you think!

Congratulations, Aaron.

Thank you my friend. I will admit I did this deliberately. I wanted to see if the musicians watching would notice. I fooled them all and it was a lot of fun to play. I’m still not convinced I would use this through a large PA (I will have to try it when the gigs come back) but for a live stream where I want to use pedals this is FANTASTIC.

I regularly use the TD in a 450 seat theatre where the house system includes big ol' MeyerSound line array speakers. Sounds FANTASTIC. (solo guitar)

He fooled ME! I always can't understand where exactly the mic is in videos, because of camera angle. So, I was just thinking it was another case of camera angle prank. But I was just naive. hahahahha

hahaha!

Aaron achieves great tone by micing his T-shirt. It's written Martin & Co on it.

If he needs a brighter tone, he can just wear this one:

Haha - too funny about micing the shirt. Aaron's tone was VERY good in this episode though. BIG props to the Tonedexter 2.0!

What people don't know is that the T-shirt is reversible. Here it is inside out:

Now we know where was the mic aiming to

Don't worry, I might be banned from the AGF with my last post!
There must be a "don't make fun of the community sponsors" rule somewhere...

Cheers,
Cuki
