Default Little guy with a really big voice....

The Bush-wah came today - spent a couple hours on the "once over". One of the cleanest used guitars I've ever received. Hard to tell it was ever taken out of the case!

The pics I'd received didn't do it any justice (not even close) Amazing woods and workmanship, and a voice to go with it. Loud and warm as any OM I've ever had and I think it's got a lot of waking up to do. The trebles are incredibly thick - I felt around inside and the bracing is very minimal - I think Dana knows what he's doing!

The German top is even prettier in person, and that Koa binding, well......

That is beautiful, the binding is stunning.

p.s. bushings lined up, that's got to be a good thing too.

Hey, Todd -

Very nice pick up! There was a bearclaw Italian coco Bourgeois up for sale a year or so ago here on the forum that I couldn't get out of my mind for a while. Yours has that potential.

Enjoy - hope things are well!

Austin

Count me in as a member of the aligned bushings fanclub! I'm amazed at how many high end guitars I see that have randomly placed bushings.

It's already got me lusting after another of Dana's guitars that I saw a few days back.

That sure is a looker, Todd. I love curly Koa binding up the fretboard - - just seems to make a guitar look "finished".

But I think it's pronounced Boo-Jwha.

My phonetics were an homage to my late buddy Rick (Ricks here) That's how he spelled it when we'd talk about them!

Fine looking instrument you have there. Like the wood combinations too.

I'm not the jealous type, but I do feel the stirring of some envy.

Enjoy.
