Vintage hardware including 30 Original Vega water drop bracket shoes in like new condition, New one piece black cherry wood neck with ebony fingerboard and headstock veneer. Adjustable 2 way truss rod. The neck is 1 9/16 wide at the nut and 2 1/16 at the heel. Mother of pearl inlays. Gotoh tuners. Jamaican goatskin Menziesminstruments. Very nice. I'm not a banjo player but I've got an open back coming soon for my birthday. Not a fretless but I'd love to have one. I saw Rhiannon Giddens play one live once and totally fell in love with the sound and frets/no frets doesn't bother me that much. I've always loved fretless basses too. Its a thing I guess.
