Wow - Ricfreak, what's the guitar in the middle that is on it's side? The tiny one with a beautiful trim and with what looks like a spruce top? Kind of like a 12 fret terz.

I wouldn't mind a L00 SS mahogany. Other than that, I might replace my 814ce cocobolo with an OM - Maybe a Bourgeois or a Santa Cruz. I have room for 6 guitars - "the" limit:

1 - one Fender single coil
2 - one humbucker LP style (Eastman)
3 - one classic
4 - one OO 12 FTTB (Boucher Adi/RW)
5 - one mahogany L00 (Eastmans seems to be the way to go)
6 - one OM/GC

Then I'm done. The Fender might go actually.

I think you were looking at the Japan made Aria. This is a parlour size nylon string guitar that sounds like a full size classical. The spruce top has dark patches appearing over the years. More pics here.....

Not a collector but I'm happy w/ the variety.

The idea is to be inspired by the unique differences in the guitars and to have different sounds for recording.

60's mahogany Favilla tuned to Dm (Skip James tuning)
Waterloo WL-12 for that maple old timey thing.
Martin 00-15 for your Hog Top fun (and gigs).
Gretsch Roots Bobtail resonator set up dobro style G tuning
Pono parlor 12 String
Martin D jr tuned to Em
John How Ladder Braced Concert (parlor sized red spruce/mahogany)
Martin 00-28 (for your rosewood sounds)

Wow, that is such a beautiful guitar. I think I'd leave that in my living room just to look at. Thanks for the pics.

Rickenbacker has discontinued their acoustic production range for awhile ... Here are a few more pics of the Ric Comstock....

There's so much nice stuff going on there. The pickguard, the binding, the bridge ... Looks equally stunning in Madeline's "Caramel Burst" finish:

God knows, I'll probably never be able to afford one, but a guy can dream ... Opps! Guess I just added one more to the fantasy list... Thanks for info!
