Bump it up....
Yes Paul the SJ sold & I'm now awaiting the CITES agent to get back to me so I can send it to the US buyer. I'll miss the Kinnaird tone a lot. No doubt Steve makes incredible guitars & they stand out in the crowd big time. So bump this one up again because I'm certain it's a superb instrument & will make someone very happy.

I played this very guitar at Woodstock and it is lovely in every respect, looks, build quality, and the sound and tone were top of the line in my opinion.
I just thought another opinion might be of value. I also know Paul and he is a great guy so no worries there. This FS is a great size and beautiful model.

Thank You Tom Bsox!!! Your input is most helpful. My word, there were a LOT of outstanding instruments at your B.I.G. Party last spring. This one would be right up at the top of the heap for Beth, and Me, too. Not to mention the camaraderie, incredible food, spectacular concerts, Bourbon tasting, and perhaps I should mention Dash, the wonder dog !
Folks, if you can make the B.I.G.er party this coming spring you owe it to yourself to make the scene. Too much FUN!!!! And thank you Bobby! You sure have the nice ones yourself. I am open to your offers, ladies and gentlemen.... HIT ME! Hahahahaha A fabulous fun weekend to all… Cheers Paul

OMG Bump
I had the pleasure of meeting Paul today. What a gentleman and guitar player! He was kind enough to let me play several of his guitars (all exceeding my talent), including this one.
If I was not downsizing, I would have taken this home. Not only is it stunning to look at, but the tone of this guitar is just haunting. It has this sweet, mellow tone that just wraps around you. Yet if you need to go loud, no problem with this one! And if you've never played a guitar with a sound port (like me prior to today), you will be blown away. I never understood them until now. Incredible increase in your hearing without diminishing the sound coming out front. Just amazing. "I cannot believe this amazing guitar is still available" bump

We had a fine guitar fiesta and a very nice visit. Vince plays better than he lets on, too.
This particular instrument has really blossomed over the past few months. Apparently the old Redwood really responded to the Tone-Rite in a BIG WAY. Vince's review is correct! Sounds lovely and warm when played gently, but really kicks out the SOUND when whacked!!! And the sound port adds another dimension for driver and audience both. BACK UP FOR SALE, 5/6/20. Asking $4725, shipped, insured and will split any payment fees. Stay home, stay well, have big fun playing guitar !!! Paul

You can definitely trust Paul. I recently purchased a Collings OM SS from him and it came in two days and was packed perfectly. Paul was also happy to spend an hour plus on the phone with me to answer all my questions. I'm playing 3 hours every day and enjoying every minute of it.
