What works for me and I have seen some very quick results from people I have shown.
This is only for practice. Step 1 form chord and strum till all notes are clear. Step 2 remove hand from neck and place your hand flat on a flat surface. Step 3 form next chord and strum till all notes are clear. Step 4 remove hand from neck and place your hand flat on a flat surface. go to step 1 Do this for 10 minutes each practice session.
